I started with music at the age of 15, first as guitar player. My first band was called Mravní Bahno. The name of the band (as well as their members) were popular all around the district of Vyškov, mainly with the police
I have listened to rock music since forever. In communist regime (when I was a teenager), it was not easy to gain LP or a cassette with your favourite interpret. That is why many of them we were copying unofficially and many of good interprets we even did not know. Nevertheless, I enjoyed listening to Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Black Sabbath and others.
In my first band called Mravní Bahno I was in position of a guitar player. As a singer was needed there and my playing was not perfect, I easily bacame a singer and stayed him forever. My other bands were Ozzy Revival and Black Sabbath Revival. Later, the members of the bands started to set up their families and their wives happily interrupted their rampage. My icons as for singing are R.J. Dio, Ozzy, Dickinson and other hard rockers.
After a music pause, I was asked by David to try singig in his project. His progressive style caught my attention more than classical rock and that is how the project Šašci v manéži started, and I enjoy singing in this band till nowadays.
